At Lizzie's Embroidery Club, I want you to be completely happy with your stitching journey. Please see my policies below:
Cancellations:
If you are no longer able to attend a workshop, I am happy to offer a refund.
How to cancel:
Please simply email me as soon as you know you cannot make it, so I can offer the spot to someone else.
Custom artwork & pet portraits
No refunds:
Because custom pet portraits, bespoke brooches and personalised artwork are made specifically for you, I cannot offer refunds on these items.
Your satisfaction:
To ensure you love the final piece, I will send photos of the progress along the way to make sure you are happy with the results before the item is finished.
Embroidery Kits:
Defects:
If your embroidery kit arrives with any defects or missing pieces, I will provide a full refund or replacement.
Notification:
Please contact me upon arrival if there is an issue so that I can get it sorted for you quickly.
